The Cancer Council NSW has developed a new strategy to reduce smoking related harm among the most disadvantaged groups in NSW.

The Cancer Council's 5-year Tackling Tobacco Program (formerly the Tobacco Control and Social Equity Strategy) addresses tobacco as a social justice issue. The program will see the organisation working in partnership with social service agencies to reduce the prevalence of smoking among disadvantaged groups.
